Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Sling, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review the information below to understand our return and exchange process.
Returns for Non-Defective Products
Eligibility
· Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
· Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
· Items showing signs of use (including liquid residue, washing, scratches, or wear) are not eligible for return.
· Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
· Returns must be initiated through our online return portal using your order email and order number. Click here to access or find a link to your customer account located on your order confirmation email.
· Follow the step-by-step instructions, it will walk you through the easy return process. You will select your reason for return.
· Once submitted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping & Refunds
· For non-defective returns, the cost of return shipping (flat rate of $9) will be deducted from your refund.
· Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
· All returns are inspected upon receipt.
· Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled through our customer support team to ensure accuracy and availability.

· Exchanges are available for items of equal value only.
· Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
How Exchanges Work
· To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Contact us here.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
· To keep exchanges moving quickly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging return shipment using a carrier of their choice.
· Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement item.
· Replacement items are shipped after inspection approval.
Defective or Damaged Product
If your Sling product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
· Defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
· Contact our customer service team within 30 business days of delivery with your order number. Please provide details of the defect. Inform our team if you wish to return your product for a refund or exchange it for the same item.
Shipping & Resolution
· We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
· After inspection, we will issue either:
o A full refund, or
o A replacement of the same item, depending on availability

Gifted Items
· Returns and exchanges for gifted items must be initiated by the original purchaser using the order email and order number
Exclusions
· Used, altered, misused, or improperly cared-for items are not eligible for return or exchange
· Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
· We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above
